Review Assignment

My favorite album is Red (Taylor’s Version) by Taylor Swift. This collection of songs is extremely nostalgic to me because I would listen to the original recording of these songs all the time as growing up. The album contains several of her greatest hits, such as “I Knew You Were Trouble”, “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”, and of course, “All Too Well”. The rerecorded album also contains 9 unreleased songs that did not make the original album, which are some of the strongest “Vault tracks” she has released in her career. From its 30 songs, album has songs that satisfy every emotion, whether you’re having the time of your life or if you’re absolutely heartbroken, making it extremely versatile. The lyrics are relatable and the melodies are catchy. It even has songs with vastly different styles of production, from country to pop. It is a great listen.
