This is a 6 x 9 gouache painting of the iconic characters from the Rudolph Christmas special. I absolutely loved this show growing up, and I wanted to paint something around the holidays, so this was perfect! My goal was to recreate the textures so the characters appear as if they’re the stop motion puppets. This piece is from December 2023.
